Edgeway Events charges a flat service fee of $31.95 plus $2.75 per mile (one-way) from our office at 6234 Perimeter Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421 for each delivery.
Same-Day Pickup:
If pickup occurs the same day as delivery, the return trip is billed only at $2.75 per mile—no additional service fee.
Separate-Day Pickup:
If pickup takes place on a different day, we treat it as a second trip and apply the $31.95 service fee again, plus $2.75 per mile for that pickup.
This ensures transparent pricing for fuel, vehicle wear, and crew time while covering both delivery and retrieval of your rental items.
To ensure a smooth event experience, Edgeway Events offers professional crew services. Each service is billed per crew member at 1% of the total rental value (not the total invoice), with a $15 minimum. These charges are per crew member:
Unloading Services – Safe unloading of all rentals at the event site.
Setup Crew – Complete setup of rentals at your event site to your specifications.
Cleanup Crew – Post-event breakdown and clean-up of rented equipment.
Loading Services – Careful loading of rented items for transport after the event.
These fees cover the labor, equipment, and time required to handle your rentals with care. Any of these services can be performed by teachers/volunteers to avoid these charges.
Edgeway Events provides professional on-site operators and event crew to run attractions, assist guests, and ensure a smooth event. The rate is $50 per crew member, per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in one-hour increments.
Training can be provided by our team so that any operation can be performed by teachers/volunteers to avoid these charges. These volunteers must attend day of training provided by our staff and sign a document to be included under our provided insurance.
Edgeway Events supplies concession items (popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone syrup, cups, etc.) and other event consumables as needed. All concession and consumable items are billed strictly at our cost—there is no additional markup or service fee.
For events requiring dedicated on-site coordination, Edgeway Events provides a professional Event Manager to oversee setup, logistics, and guest experience. The Event Manager fee is 15% of the rental total (not the overall invoice total).
Example:
If your rental total is $2,000, the Event Manager fee is $300 (15% of $2,000), regardless of any additional services or charges on the invoice.
As a valued Preferred Partner, you receive an exclusive 30% discount on all rental items. This discount applies only to the rental equipment total and does not apply to services or fees such as delivery, crew, event management, or consumables.
Example:
If your rental items total $1,000, your Preferred Partner discount is $300, reducing the rental portion to $700 before any applicable services or fees.
