Travel & Delivery – Delivery fees are based on a flat service fee plus mileage from our Chattanooga warehouse. Separate rules apply when delivery and pickup occur on different days.
Setup, Cleanup, Loading & Unloading – Professional crews manage all installation and removal of equipment.
Operators & Event Staff – Trained personnel are available to operate inflatables, rides, or specialized attractions.
Concessions & Consumables – Supplies for popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones, and other concessions are provided at cost.

The attached Full Inventory Price Sheet lists every rental item with current standard rates and Hamilton County Schools’ Preferred Partner discount.
Items labeled “Call for price” require a custom quote because final costs depend on event-specific factors such as:
Custom setup or staging requirements

Event duration beyond standard rental windows
Seasonal demand or specialized staffing
